Privacy Policy

What we collect
- Account details you give us: name, email, phone number, brokerage or team, and role.
- Listing details your agent enters: property address, dates, showings, feedback, documents, and status updates.
- Basic technical data such as device type and pages visited, used to keep the service running.
How we use it
- To run the service: create accounts, show the sale timeline, and send updates by text and email.
- To answer support requests and improve how the product works.
- To contact beta members about access, changes, and pricing.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information.
- We do not share seller information outside the agent, their brokerage team, and the seller's own household.
- We do not use listing data to advertise to you or to anyone else.
Who can see a seller's information
- Sellers see their own sale only. Agents see the listings they hold. Coordinators see the listings assigned to them. Brokerage admins see their own brokerage. Access is enforced in the database, not only on screen.
Keeping and deleting data
- We keep listing records while an account is active. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will remove it, except where the law requires us to keep it.
Messages
- Sellers get texts and emails about their own sale. Reply STOP to any text to stop them, or use the unsubscribe link in an email.
