About
The first real estate app built for the seller.
Selling a home is one of the largest financial events in most people's lives, and sellers spend it in the dark, waiting on a call back to learn whether the house was shown or whether the deal is still on track. Every tool in this category was built for the agent. Open Book Listing is built for the person with the most on the line.
The name is the promise. There is no version of the sale the agent sees that the seller does not.
A seller always knows three things: what is happening, what they decided, and what still needs attention, without chasing anyone for it. Nothing is held back until the weekly call.

“An informed client is a confident client. When sellers can see the work happening in real time, they stop worrying and they start referring their friends.”

“Great agents do not lose deals because they are bad at selling. They lose momentum keeping everyone informed. Open Book Listing removes that drag.”
The seller journey
What the seller actually sees.
From the first text to the net sheet, every screen is written for the person selling the home, in plain language, with the agent's own brand on it.

What it does
Every listing reports on itself.
The moment an agent submits a listing, the seller's account is created and a sign-in link goes out by text. No password. Every screen and message carries the agent's own brokerage brand.
The whole timeline
All eleven steps of a sale in order, each with one plain sentence on why it matters, who it is waiting on, and what happens next. Steps that do not apply get marked, and the timeline still reads complete.
Feedback that arrives
After every showing, we ask the showing agent for feedback, follow up once, and stop the moment they answer. The seller is told their home was shown and what came back, at the same time the agent is.
What the numbers mean
Showing feedback, views, saves, days on market, and comparable listings and sales in one view, with a plain-language read on what they add up to for this home.
A record of the decisions
Price changes, offers, repair and credit requests: what was asked, what the agent advised, what the seller decided, and how it ended. Months later, a seller can look back and see the work.
The money, early
Sale price, commission and what it covers, credits and repairs, estimated fees, loan payoff, and what the seller can expect to walk away with. Marked as estimates until closing makes them final.
Questions that get answered
A seller can ask by text, phone, or in the app, and see who is handling it and when to expect an answer. Urgent questions bring the brokerage in alongside the agent.
